DAVE HOYT
David Hoyt was appointed President of Fox Electrial Services following the company’s acquisition by Alpha Power Group. In his role, David provides leadership, strategic vision, and operational guidance to support all aspects of Fox Electrical Services' growth and expansion into new markets.
Throughout his career, David has held a range of key positions within the electrical industry — from working in the field to earn his Master’s License, to serving as Service Director, Chief Estimator, Director of Operations, Director of Preconstruction, Vice President of Industrial Power and Controls, and Vice President of Preconstruction before becoming President.
He has served on numerous industry boards focused on estimating, business leadership, and health and welfare initiatives. David also holds LEED A/P and PMP certifications, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and sustainable, forward-thinking practices.
Derek Ciezczak
Derek Ciezczak brings more than 15 years of deep industry experience to his role as Director of Operations at Fox Electrical Services, Inc., where he oversees the full lifecycle of project delivery across the company’s industrial, commercial, electrical, and low‑voltage divisions. Throughout his career, Derek has built a reputation for executing complex work with precision, consistency, and a strong operational mindset. His project portfolio spans design‑build developments, new construction, tenant build‑outs, and large‑scale commercial installations, giving him a broad technical foundation and a practical understanding of field realities.
Derek’s leadership is defined by a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and disciplined project planning. He holds both his PMP certification and OSHA‑30, and he leverages that training to build structured processes that keep teams aligned, mitigate risk, and maintain high standards of quality on every job. His background includes extensive experience in estimating, project management, and executive‑level oversight, allowing him to bridge the gap between field operations, client expectations, and long‑term strategic goals.
Known for his steady leadership style and his ability to keep projects moving in challenging environments, Derek plays a central role in shaping Fox Electric Services' operational culture. He is committed to developing teams, strengthening communication across departments, and ensuring that every project reflects the company’s values of reliability, craftsmanship, and safety.
